Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and photos of the vanity to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully repackage your item in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware, marble tops, and accessories are securely fastened to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to collect the vanity directly from your curbside or loading dock.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
